Viewing Categories Selectively
Categories are nice, but they're really not much use if all your Business files are lumped together with your Travel files. What you really need to do is view only one category of files at a time by using these steps:
- First, go to the Category View, and open the Reporting Toolbar.
- To accomplish this first step: select View, Toolbar, Reporting.
- The new toolbar will appear on your screen. Now, click the down arrow by the Report Setting box. (If you
don't know which arrow that is, hold your cursor by the arrow for a moment. A label will appear that telling you that the Report Setting has been located.)
- Select the category you'd like to display. Only that category will appear on the screen.
When you've finished looking over files in that category, go back to Report Setting and either choose
another category or select all categories to display all files.
