Quickly Combine Several Presentations Into Just One
PowerPoint allows you to combine multiple presentations into one. There are several ways on doing this, but the quickest is to follow these steps:
- Select Start, Run.
- In the Open dialog box, type:
POWERPNT -i "file 1.ppt" "file 2.ppt" ... "file XX.ppt"
Note: Substitute the complete drive:\path\filename for your own files in place of "file 1.ppt", etc. If your folders and filenames include no spaces, you don't need to type the quotation marks.
- click OK to have PowerPoint start up, create a new blank presentation, and insert the contents of each of the presentations you called for above.
Don't let the blank presentation throw you for a loop. All you have to do to fix that is choose Format, Apply Design Template, and then pick the template you want to apply to the
