Lose Your Word Column?

Many Word users create a document with two or more columns and then find out later that there is only one column showing. Before you really get hot at Word, check your view. If you have switched to Normal view of the document, only one column will be shown. You need to choose View|Page Layout, to get those columns to reappear again. Multiple columns and other formatting will not appear in anything but the Page Layout view.
