Get More Out of Search & Replace
You probably know how to use Find and Replace to locate words and change them in MS Word. Now let's shed some more light on this feature. Ctrl+F or Ctrl+H or Find and Replace menu commands can be used to replace other document features. Try these simple steps:
Run MS Word and load a document.
Press Ctrl+H to open the Find and Replace dialog box. Now click on the More button to get to the expanded feature list and click on Format.
Notice now that you can see the option to find and replace fonts, paragraphs, tabs, languages, frames, styles, etc. For example you could search and replace fonts or highlight text within a document by clicking on the highlighter icon. Then later on, you could search for all highlighting to get your cursor to the place of a needed change. Once your document is completed, you could then remove the highlighting.
