Word can be used to rearrange paragraphs in two keystrokes:
- Open a Word document, and select your paragraph to align by just clicking inside of it.
- Then press SHIFT+ALT to select entire paragraph.
- Press Up or Down arrow keys to rearrange the paragraph.
- You can also select paragraph and use the mouse to move it where you desire it to be.
Word has other ways to manipulate text, so experiment, and use the help menu.
