Word can automatically complete different phrases before you type them by using Autotext. This listing of Autotext phrases or words can be customized. For example, follow these steps:
- Open a Word document, and select Auto Correct from the Tools Menu.
- Then go to the AutoText tab.
- Delete any items you don't use and add your own phrases or words by typing it in the Entry block, then click Add button.
- When you have finished adding your own words, simply click the OK button.
This will make it easy for you to type in your office's name, address, your own name, etc.
