Quick Way To View File Details
When you use the File Details View in MS Explorer, you may notice that your file listings will be truncated or cut off and not easily viewed. You could adjust each column of view by hand, but that would take some time. To speed things up, just follow these steps:
- Click over in the right pane view or the view where your files are listed.
- Then hold the CTRL key down and hit the "+" on your numeric keypad.
- Click OK, and the boxes around your desktop icon labels will take on a whole new hue.
- Notice that Explorer will automatically adjust the columns to view the file details in a complete manner.
This is a real handy way to view your file details.
